AER Lingus staff will end up homeless in less than a month if a pay crisis is not resolved, workers have claimed.
Airline employees are “hovering around the poverty line”, struggling to make ends meet as the company refuses to sign off on paperwork granting them access to social welfare income supports.

Devastated crew members have blasted the flier, the Government and the union for their inaction to resolve the situation.
Describing the impact the pay crisis on low-paid workers at the company, one member told us: “Staff are being forced into poverty. Another couple of weeks of this and people won’t be able to pay their rent or afford to do a weekly shop.
