Planning permission has been granted for a large mixed-use development of 1,137 residential units and a hotel in south Dublin.
Dublin city council has approved the plan by The O’Flynn group to build 12 apartment blocks ranging from four to ten stories in height across the 17-acre site along the Naas Road.
The 1,137 residential units will consist of 299 build-to-rent units, 724 build-to-sell units, and 114 social and affordable units.
The build-to-rent units will include a café, gym, library, games room, cinema room, conference rooms, residents’ lounges and a chef’s kitchen.
The site, which is located at the junction of Walkinstown Avenue and Naas Road, will also include 12,445 sq m of community open space. This will include a separate play area for young
