Investment firm that bought majority of Kildare estate now jointly buys 112-house unit in Dublin –

The investment firm that controversially bought the majority of homes in a housing estate in Maynooth has acquired a new 112-house development in north-west Dublin.

Round Hill Capital, together with SFO Capital Partners, announced last week that it had bought Bay Meadows, a new ‘suburban family home development’ close to Blanchardstown.

The companies plan to rent out all 112 properties when the scheme is finished in early 2022, with the first properties due to completed this month and all homes now available for reservation.

The Dublin 15 estate consists of ‘high quality’ two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and is located close to major employers such as eBay, IBM, PayPal and Xerox.

It is also within close distance of Blanchardstown Centre, the Phoenix Park, the M50 motorway, and Dublin Airport.
