Portfolio of three Irish retail parks put on the market for €78m – Extra.ie

Estate agents Savills and Cushman & Wakefield are selling a portfolio of three Irish retail parks with a combined asking price of €78m.

The Parks Collection, currently owned by Marathon Asset Management, comprises of Belgard Retail Park in Tallaght, the M1 Retail Park near Drogheda, Co. Louth and Poppyfield Retail Park outside Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

‘This Collection represents a unique opportunity to acquire a substantial retail park portfolio,’ a spokesperson for Savills and Cushman & Wakefield said.

They added that it consists of ‘three established parks strategically located throughout Ireland with impressive tenant line ups and opportunities to increase the rent receivable over the coming years.
