EasyPM allows you to manage Student Complexes, Apartment Blocks, Houses, Flats etc.
Only Rental Units are counted for the purpose of billing. A rental unit is defined as the actual accommodation that is assigned to a Lease OR Tenancy Agreement. This could be the complete house, or a single room, depending on how your business is structured.
